Editing in vidalgo is always glitching. Every time I want to add subtitles afterwards they never geht in the video. this sucks
Can't save a video
hi, I have problem with with save a video in editor.I can’t see the save icon. Before it was on the right corner.
Saving after editing
I zoomed more on some pictures and changed titles, but unfortuantely it wont save when i download it.
Paying for edits and prompt not listening to my image generation
I keep getting images not having english writing in them and when i go to edit them with the AI tool it asks me to keep paying with vidacoins even after paying once , then when i ask for a response or the new photo back it says error occured???

Difference between vidacoins and the plans
I wanna know the difference between vidacoins, if I subscribe to a plan, do i still need to buy vidacoins again just to generate videos?

The chat isn’t working. I have not received a response to various messages sent. I have waited 5 days since my last messages and still no response. This morning when checking, it’s saying it’s not responding. That I can’t send or receive messages right now.

VO out of sinc
The 2 last video generations have the VO out of sync. VO stops, speeds up, talks incomprehensibly.
Error after hitting generate
I get an error message when I try to generate from my own script. Also, it is taking away my tokens. Please help.
AI Video assist
When chatting with the AI video assistant, specifically generating images, if you respond with a new prompt without declining or accepting the generation, it gets stuck loading. Because it was stuck, I generated a new video to work on while waiting for a response from live chat with a fix.. the same AI assist chat is loading for a new video and is still loading. the chat should close out and refresh new with each video. There should also be an option to end a request once it’s been too long.
